Kayzar was founded by Nader Boulila and named after his younger brother in tribute to him. Nader and his brother had a troubled childhood experiencing many negative influences including poverty, crime, abuse, bullying and death. Unfortunately Nader's brother was unable to overcome the disadvantages they were presented with and he became involved in crime and was later jailed. Nader, on the other hand, decided he wanted a to seek a positive influence and prove that you can achieve and succeed regardless of your background and experiences.
Fortunately, he discovered dance and quickly took up the artform, teaching himself to dance by watching videos of bboys and learning tips and tricks from the television. Through dance he was able to escape his troubles, channel his energies and express himself in a positive way, as well as having a lot of fun and meeting new people.
Nader began entering local and regional dance competitions. At one such competition he was talent-spotted and invited to become part of an international animation team. He took up the offer and began performing at several renowned hotels. After emigrating to the UK in 2001, Nader was keen to continue dancing the way he had enjoyed back home. He wanted to use his own interest and passion for dance to appeal to and inspire others. Nader trained and qualified as a dance teacher with the International Dance Teachers Association and later formed Kayzar.
