We kindly ask that you read and understand the following terms and conditions, which apply when booking a party at Kayzar's Rhythm & Funk centre..

  • All deposits remain non-refundable if you cancel at any time

  • If you wish to transfer your booked party to a different date or time, a £10 transfer charge will be applied*

  • When booking your party, you are required to pay a 50 % deposit. The remaining balance is due on the date of your party.

  • If you wish to cancel your party this must be done via telephone or by visiting the centre. We do NOT accept emails as a form of party cancellation.

  • All cancellations must be notified within 10 days prior to your party otherwise you will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No cancellations will be enforced if received by email, please telephone or drop in and speak to us directly!

  • We do not cater for allergies, and would recommend bringing your own food for your party, but please talk to us about this first.

  • Parties include one free T-Shirt for the party child, for joint parties a £5 charge is due for additional T-Shirts.

  • ON YOUR PARTY DAY

  • Here are some helpful hints for you to get the most out of your day and have a truly amazing experience!

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your party starts, so that we can get your party started promptly.

  • If you are not a member, you will be required to complete a membership form on arrival.

  • You must be a member to be admitted to Kayzar. Family membership is a one off charge for your entire family, however it is FREE OF CHARGE when holding a party!

  • All party guests must wear active clothing, and socks AT ALL TIMES regardless of age and gender.

  • It is compulsory for parents/guardians to supervise their child(ren) at all times for the duration of their time at Rhythm & Funk. Respectively, we are sorry but we cannot accept responsibility for any accidents that occur due to unsupervised play.
